The questions we hear most — answered directly.
How quickly can you start a project?
Most projects begin within 1–2 weeks of signing. We do a structured discovery sprint first, which we can typically schedule within days of initial contact.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes — we’ve helped startups go from idea to funded product. We’re direct about what’s achievable at each funding stage and will tell you honestly if we’re the right fit.
What makes HelixKode different from an agency?
We’re engineers first. No account managers, no junior developers billed at senior rates, no offshore handoffs. The people who talk to you are the same people who build your product.
What happens to the code when we finish?
You own everything — every line of code, all infrastructure, all documentation. We hand it over completely with walkthroughs so your team can maintain and evolve it independently.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer optional monthly retainer agreements for ongoing maintenance, feature development, and priority support. Details are covered during the scoping process.
What's the minimum project size?
We typically engage from $10K and up, with the sweet spot being $25K–$150K projects. For smaller needs, a Technical Audit may be a better entry point.
